Grief Support Group - Grief is a journey that no one should walk alone. Congregation Beth Israel offers a compassionate and supportive space for those who are mourning the loss of a loved one. Our Grief Support Group provides a safe environment to share experiences, find comfort in community, and explore Jewish wisdom and ritual that can bring healing and hope.  Led by caring facilitators, the group offers gentle guidance through the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges of loss. Together, we listen, learn, and honor the memories of those we’ve lost while discovering strength within ourselves and connection with others.  All are welcome — whether your loss is recent or many years past.
