We’re so glad to provide childcare during the High Holy Days so that families can fully enjoy services. While our trained staff and volunteers will do everything possible to keep children safe and happy, we ask families to note the following:

I understand that Congregation Beth Israel will take reasonable steps to ensure my child’s safety and well-being while in care.
I release CBI, its staff, and volunteers from liability for injuries or incidents except in cases of gross negligence.
I will share accurate allergy, health, and emergency contact information before the event.
In case of illness or injury, I authorize CBI staff to give basic first aid and/or seek medical care, with any costs my responsibility.
I agree to pick up my child promptly at the designated time.
